How do I return a faulty or damaged product?

Firstly, we are so sorry that you received a faulty or damaged product, rest assured, you will be entitled to a full refund to your payment method or store credit, along with free return shipping.

Lodge your return here and choose the return reason as 'item is damaged/faulty'. You will be asked to describe the fault and upload at least one image showing the fault. Please be as specific as possible with your description of the fault and upload as many images that show the fault, to make it easy for our Returns Team to assess the fault.

Once you submit your return, please allow our Returns Team 24 to 48 hours to assess the fault and approve the return.

Once our Returns Team approves the return, you will be emailed your shipping label (For Australian, New Zealand and United States Customers) to drop off at your local post office or post box.

Your requested resolution (Store Credit, Exchange or Refund) will be automatically processed according to our normal return policy.
