How do I return an item or size that was incorrectly sent to me?

Firstly, we are so sorry that you received the wrong product or size, rest assured, you will be entitled to a full refund to your payment method or store credit, along with free return shipping.

Lodge your return here and choose the return reason as 'Received wrong item/size'. You will be asked to detail the wrong product and/or size and what you are suppose to receive, as well as, uploading at least one image of the incorrect product. Please be as specific as possible with the details of the wrong product or size and upload as many images as you need, to make it easy for our Returns Team to assess the inconvenience.

Once you submit your return, please allow our Returns Team 24 to 48 hours to assess the inconvenience and approve the return.

Once our Returns Team approves the return, you will be emailed your shipping label (For Australian, New Zealand and United States Customers) to drop off at your local post office or post box.

Your requested resolution (Store Credit, Exchange or Refund) will be automatically processed according to our normal return policy.
