If you are returning from Australia, New Zealand or the USA, we will provide you with a prepaid return label when you request the return using our return portal.
If you are returning from the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please reach out to us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page, if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
If you choose to exchange for a different item, you can now shop instantly with $10 bonus credit. If a requested item is out of stock at the time your return is processed, we will issue you with store credit.
