How do I return my order?

We will only accept returns that have been requested using our return portal.

  • If you are returning from Australia, New Zealand or the USA, we will provide you with a prepaid return label when you request the return using our return portal.
  • If you are returning from the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you use a tracked postage service when returning your item.
  • If a requested item is out of stock at the time your return is processed, we will issue you with store credit.
