What are my return options?

We have made returning your item as easy as possible with options to choose from.

For AU, US and NZ customers we provide pre-paid labels for all returns, these will be emailed once the return has been processed through the returns portal.

For all other international orders we are unable to provide a pre-paid label at this time and the shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.

For returns for exchanges and store credits, below is a table of fees applicable for your location:

If a requested item is out of stock at the time your return is processed, we will issue you with store credit or refund.

Alternatively you can return your items for a refund to your original payment method, where the Return Shipping Fee is AU$10.95 for Australia / US$13.50 for the United States / NZ$12.00 for New Zealand / AU$10.00 for the rest of the world.
