What do I do if my order has been returned to the sender?

Unfortunately if your parcel wasn’t able to be delivered it will be heading back to our warehouse!

Due to health and safety concerns, we now offer Safe Drop delivery by default. If you are not home at the time of your delivery your parcel be delivered in a safe spot. If there are no safe spot, it will be taken to your local post office.

For all other international orders, if your order is unable to be delivered it will be sent back to our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has arrived our Customer happiness team will reach out to you with the best options for you!
