What do I do if my order has been returned to the sender?

Unfortunately if your parcel wasn’t able to be delivered it will be heading back to our warehouse!

For Australian and New Zealand orders, your parcel will generally be dropped at the local post office or collection point where you have the chance to collect. If the parcel isn’t collected within the given time it will be shipped back to our warehouse in Sydney! We would love for you to receive your order, you can contact us with an alternative delivery address that we can redeliver to.

For US orders, all of our parcels are sent with a ‘signature required’. If you are not home at the time of your delivery your parcel will be returned to our couriers depot in California where it will be scanned into our system. Once your order has been loaded into our system we will be able to request the redelivery for you. Sometimes this process can take some time, please hang tight and we’ll get your order to you as soon as possible!

For all other international orders, if your order is unable to be delivered it will be sent back to our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has arrived our Customer happiness team will reach out to you with the best options for you!
